Hi, I visited True Mind Wellness after finding her name on internet. I was recently through a very nasty breakup, and was suffering from anxiety, anger issues, and depression. I was on the verge of self destruction, and had tried to punish myself for all that had happened around me.
However meeting representative from True Mind Wellness was a life changing experience for me. She was so calm and composed, that it started to rub on me. Her calmness and manner of explaining things to me was very nice.
Now that I have recovered, I am highly thankful to my doctor. Does not give too many medication, and focused on me as a person rather than as a subject or a patient. Highly recommended for mental health care from my side.
Visited For Marital Counselling
I consulted TMW 3 months back at Delhi Mind Clinic for my problem related to married life. She handled the sensitive issue very delicately and did counselling sessions with both of us. She is very humble and supportive.
We have been visting her clinic regularly for marital therapy sessions and our problems have been solved to a significant extent. We are highly satisfied with her treatment and way of dealing such sensitive issues.
Visited For Concentration Problems
I was having difficulty in concentrating while studying because of the recent events in my life.
When I visited Dr. Gupta for the first time her polite and understanding nature made me a lot more comfortable while explaining her about my problems.
Dr. Gupta doesn’t rush through her sessions and listens to you very patiently. What surprised me the most was that how she was able to pinpoint the reasons of issues I was facing without even I emphasising on them.
Mam guided me through this tough phase of my life and gradually helped me in feeling good and positive again.

Visited to reduce depression & anxiety
I honestly liked the way my counselor helped me to overcome my mild depression. There were regular activities that encouraged me to do physical activities. I am happy with the service they are providing and the time they shared!. I used to get anxious over every little happening around me. It progressed, and I finally gave thought to go for anxiety counseling. Now I feel more positive and relaxed in hard situations too.
