This comprehensive internship aims to provide the knowledge & skills required in the field of Counselling/Social/ Organizational (OB) and Clinical Psychology. The Program emphasizes on developing your basic understanding about various mental health conditions & their uses in organizations, Individual client sessions and diagnosis along with a brief introduction to therapy.

This internship program is divided into 3 parts as below:
Introduction to Psychotherapy and Classification of Disorders according to ICD & DSM criteria: You will get necessary pieces of information and practical knowledge just before facing real situations.
Training of Therapeutic Planning: You will learn how to plan for a therapy session on the basis of variety of cases and issues faced by an individual.
Focused training: Training of understanding symptoms of Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Drug addiction, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD Learning Disorders, Relationships issues and many more.
Therapeutic Training: you will be provided ample knowledge about various psychotherapies and interventions like, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt therapy etc.
Mental Status Examination is an important part of the clinical assessment in which we observe and describe the patient’s current state of mind especially behavioral and cognitive functioning in a structured way.
Case History Training is one of the major steps of psychological treatment and intervention. The case study is an in-depth study and right technique which helps us to understand our client’s problems and needs as a mental health worker. So, in this internship, you will learn the right skills and strategies to present an effective case study during your professional settings.
Clinical Interview/Diagnostic Interview is also an important part of this program. Students are able to learn how to craft relevant questions to conduct an interview for bringing out an apt diagnosis of the case they are handling.
Role play, group discussions and minimum of 10-15 case studies will be carried out during the whole internship.
After successful completion of Internship, interns will get the certificate of completion along with the details about various skills they learn through this program.
